DAY 1 : TOURISM OFFICE – BAN DONEXAY - BAN NAMMAT KAO (5-6hours).
- 9.00 By pick up truck from the information office 17Km arrive at Ban Donexay (Khmu). Start walking passes through the density forest, NamHa Biodiversity conservation Area and crosses some streams 2.30 hours hiking up an down to upland rice field. Lunch under the shade of small hut 30 minutes, after lunch walking and hiking through mountaim, rice field 3 hours to Ban Nammat Kao (Akha or Ikor people). Stay overnight.

 

DAY 2 : BAN NAMMAT KAO – BAN NAMMAT MAI (5 hours).
- After breakfast, return along the path for about 30 minutes before branching off to follow the trail through the mix forest of varying ages. Lunch at the rice hut. Continue walking the trail passes the vegetable garden of Ban Nammat Mai (Ikor people).

 

DAY 3 : BAN NAMMAT MAI – TREKKING INFORMATION OFFICE (4 hours).
- After breakfast, the trail climbs steadily though old groeth forest for about an hour, the trail emerge from the forest and skirts mountain rice fields and crosses the final stream of the trek, before bringing trekkers back to the edge of Nam Tha.
